Due to continuing company success and expansion plans, the Consulting Group focusing on Strategy and Transformation is seeking for a Principal Consultant based in our Warsaw office, to shape the next stage of growth within this well established practice area.

The person is principally responsible for the management and execution of consulting projects, building client relationship throughout the delivery of impactful strategic recommendations, and also contribution to commercial activities.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree or MBA in related business discipline
  • 6 to 7 years of experience of consulting in both Strategy and Transformation
  • Demonstrated interest in Digital trends
  • With business acumen and analytical ease
  • Interactions with management teams
  • Demonstrating personal qualities that include being self-starter, fast-learner, visionary, pragmatic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with complete fluency in English and Polish
  • Fluency in other languages such as Russian and German will be an added advantage
  • Experience in an international environment will be a plus
  • The ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a team entourage.
  • Experience in conducting primary and secondary research, market analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data will be added advantage
  • Strong ability to acquire, analyse and manage information 
  • Ability to work with team members based remotely and ability to interact with senior level executives 
  • Strong client relationship building skills 
  • Natural team player 
  • Strength in advisory, cross-industry, cross-functional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insight
  • Manage multiple project teams
  • Facilitate workshops with clients
  • Prioritise possible actions with client
  • Review deliverables
  • Collaborate with market insight teams
  • Contribute to writing commercial proposals
  • Business development and client support tasks can include activities such as attending trade show attendance, speaking engagements, inquiry time, analyst meetings, sales calls, article delivery, client councils, press quotes and frost.com vertical portal support, among others 
  • Complete high quality projects on time and under budget 
  • Ensure personal production schedule is on target

  • Development Digital Transformation Strategy and New Value Propositions
  • Benchmark companies’ strategies and organisations to flesh out Best Practices
  • Identification and prioritization of strategic options looking at long and shorter term opportunities
  • Analysis of market entry options
  • Evaluate strategic scenarios through detailed action planning and financial simulation
  • Commercial and Strategic Due Diligence
