Due to continuing company success and expansion plans, the Mobility Group (Automotive & Transportation) - focusing on market research and strategy projects - is seeking a Consultant based in our Warsaw office, to shape the next stage of growth within this well-established location.

The person is principally responsible for the execution of consulting activities and building client relationships throughout the delivery of impactful strategic recommendations.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

Bachelors / Master’s Degree or MBA in a related business discipline

  • 2 to 3 years of experience of market research or strategy consulting
  • Strong interest in the Automotive and Transportation Industry. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred, but it is not a necessity
  • Business acumen and analytical ease
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with complete fluency in English, Russian and Polish
  • Fluency in other languages such as French and German will be an added advantage
  • Advanced MS Office applications skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
  • Demonstrating personal qualities that include being self-starter, fast-learner, visionary, pragmatic
  • Interactions with industry managers
  • Experience in an international environment will be appreciated, working with multi-cultural team members based remotely
  • Ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a team entourage
  • Strong ability to acquire, analyse and manage information, with experience in conducting primary and secondary research, trends analysis, market assessment and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong relationship building skills

 Key Responsibilities

 Under the directions of your supervisor the responsibility will be split between the following activities: syndicated market research & consulting projects

  • Utilizing market research methods such as primary and secondary data collection, quantitative and forecast model building, qualitative analysis and research report writing
  • Carry out activities of the consulting projects
  • Develop and present deliverables
  • Collaborate with market insight/industry teams
  • Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insight
  • Complete high-quality tasks on time and under budget
  • Possible contribution to proposal writing
