What do we offer?

We are looking for highly motivated, diligent and ready to take challenges candidates to be part of the three possible career tracks in Frost & Sullivan.

I. Consulting Track: In this track you would join us as a consulting analyst and would be involved in the fulfilment of various consulting engagements. We consult with leading public sector and private sector entities in the region on areas of growth strategy, business development, market development, M&A activity, product and R&D strategy, geographical and market expansion amongst others. You will work in a fast paced environment where the sole focus is to address the client problem and ensure client success driven by our advisory work.

II. Research Track: In this track, you will join us a research analyst and would be involved in the full gamut of research process from conception to delivery. Our analysts track a variety of markets/industries/technologies and are known in the market as the leading authority on their coverage. We publish our research perspectives which are subscribed to by the leading public and private sector entities; in addition our analysts regularly advise the senior executives of our clients on markets, strategies, competitors, technologies amongst others.

III. Sales Track: In this track, you will join our sales team which is in the forefront of pitching all our capabilities to our customers. Our sales people are highly motivated who work with the research and consulting teams in designing customized and relevant product and service offerings to our customers. The role brings unlimited opportunity to build clients, relationships and networks in an effective manner to develop business for the company.

All the selected candidates would go through a 12 month induction program where time would be spent across various capability units in the company including but not limited to a) Research, b) Consulting, c) Sales and d) Marketing.

What it takes to qualify?

We are looking for dynamic individuals excited to unleash their true potential and be part of an organization where intelligent information comes alive. But we also have a few specific requirements;-

  • Postgraduate (MBA/Masters) degree from a leading university (must be completed prior to start date), OR Bachelor degree (minimum 2nd class upper), with maximum 2 years business experience
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Energetic, articulate, mature, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated with superior analytical, strategic and financial capabilities
  • Globally minded and ability to navigate in a diverse cultural environment
  • Outstanding relationship building and networking skills
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and ability to receive feedback
  • Geographic mobility
