Overview

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and to support the sales manager / directors. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter able to identify and develop new prospects from multiple sources

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist

  • Is expected to develop new leads via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Frost & Sullivan’s service offering
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects in the assigned region.
  • Follow up on prospects until they become warm 
  • Work with Sales AE to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. 
  • Manage / Add contacts of new prospects and clients on Sales CRM
  • Ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Required experience and skill set

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn 
  • Experience in lead generation / pre sales / inside sales 
  • Someone who can fluently speak English 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software would be an added advantage
