The Unique Opportunity

Due to continuing company success and business expansion plans, Frost & Sullivan is seeking to appoint a client focused, proactive individual to join the Client Value Enhancement (CVE) practice. The CVE practice fulfils an imperative function of providing client relationship management services to a diverse range of Frost & Sullivan clientele across the European and African regions. The CVE team is of strategic importance to the business directly liaising with Frost & Sullivan’s key clients and ensuring a continued business relationship.

The Client Value Enhancement Executive will take responsibility for providing professional support to a portfolio of Frost & Sullivan clients in order to maximise the value of their research based solutions offering. A closely aligned working relationship with the local and European Sales functions is essential to the achievement of business objectives. A strong commitment to relationship-building / consultative client management and comprehensive commercial awareness constitute critical qualities to this role.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

The successful candidate will be a professional, articulate team player committed to delivering a high value service to Frost & Sullivan clients. A results-orientated approach with an understanding / ability to interpret clients’ needs is vital to the role. A methodical and highly organised working practice is essential, with the tenacity and commitment to take ownership of responsibilities and prioritise conflicting workloads.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Proven experience within a fast paced business to business customer service / client management environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (especially telephonic) with the confidence to liaise with business stakeholders across all levels.
  • High influencing skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • A consultative approach with creativity, determination and persistence.
