Consulting Analyst - Bahasa, Thai, Japanese, and/or Vietnamese speaking Chemical & Materials Unit

Reporting to the Director of Chemicals, Materials & Food (CMF) Business Unit, this exciting role would encompass the design and fulfillment of bespoke consulting projects for leading clients, by leading/leveraging a team of Analysts and Researchers across Frost & Sullivan's global operation.

The position holds full responsibility of ensuring the integrity of the research process, the validity of project content, and the development of detailed business and market strategies. You will also be the definitive point of contact with the client and will be required to demonstrate expert industry knowledge and develop strong business partnerships.

Responsibilities of a Consulting Analyst would include but not limited to:

  • Conduct primary/secondary tailored market research, using detailed research methodologies, developing custom market research content and methodologies
  • Fulfillment of all assigned consulting project and manage the schedule for the completion of the project;
  • To build and strengthen client relationships with the objective of long-term account penetration;
  • Work in a team for project design, supervise data collection and introduce market models for direct strategic analysis and recommendations;
  • Review the project status, interact with analysts and clients during project implementation;
  • Support on-going market monitoring activities through discussions with industry participants;
  • Support proposal and proforma development for the project; 
  • Work with regional teams, to gather data, analyses and report writing

Job Requirements:

  • A relevant post graduate qualification (Chemical Engineering or equivalent)
  • Business Administration - MBA / PGDBA / PGP 
  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Prowess over Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience in research and analytics within a Consulting or Advisory business environment
  • Thorough understanding of research methodologies, strategy development and analytics tools
  • Motivated self-starter and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work across teams and industries for project delivery
